Jeremiah Joscelyn,

President & Founder

Born and raised in the Emerald Coast, Jeremiah Joscelyn has always called the Florida panhandle home. A devoted family man, avid saltwater angler, and outdoors enthusiast, Jeremiah grew up immersed in the beauty of the Emerald Coast – and this is where he discovered a passion for craftsmanship and integrity that has guided his life’s work.

He was just 14 when he began as an apprentice to a master carpenter. And he quickly fell in love with quality craftsmanship. As a journeyman carpenter, Jeremiah soon went into business for himself, focusing on interior trim, cabinetry, kitchen remodels, and custom-built furniture in luxury homes along
the beaches of South Walton and Bay counties.

If it was difficult or challenging or looked impossible, he wanted to do it – and be the best at it.

Jeremiah quickly learned a great deal about the entire residential and commercial construction industry.
And because of his earnest desire to always give clients a product they could be proud of, he devoted
himself to the study of Building Science. Before long, major builders in South Walton were retaining his
construction management expertise on the technical aspects and nuances of each respective scope for
custom homes and high-end renovations, guiding projects from concept to completion.

But Jeremiah realized technical expertise wasn’t enough – he must also learn about people and how to lead them to success. So, he devoted himself to the study of leadership and effective communication, earning a Leadership and Management certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. In his pursuit of excellence, Jeremiah has since achieved numerous certifications and credentials, including:

Today, Jeremiah is a Florida Certified Building Contractor and the proud founder of Josco Bay Homes, the Emerald Coast’s premier builder and construction management firm. His team serves Okaloosa and Walton counties, offering premier general contracting, construction management, and home inspection
services.

Whether building a dream home or overseeing a comprehensive renovation, Jeremiah’s goal remains the same: to deliver quality work and create experiences that clients treasure for a lifetime. His guiding light has always been the Bible verse he learned as a boy in Sunday School:
