Jeremiah Joscelyn, President & Founder
Jeremiah Joscelyn has been a student of carpentry and construction technology since the age of 14, when he entered the field as an apprentice to a master carpenter and craftsman. Over the next several years, he discovered a love for quality craftsmanship and fine carpentry. He was thoroughly trained one-on-one in home building, cabinetry, finish carpentry, and woodworking.
As a journeyman carpenter, Jeremiah went into business for himself focusing on interior trim, cabinetry, and custom-built furniture in luxury homes along the beaches of South Walton and Bay counties. As his clientele grew, he began expanding his scope of work to include docks, patio decks, kitchen remodels, whimsical bunkbeds, and a number of other custom projects and specialties.
As a warm and caring personality with a strong sense of integrity, Jeremiah has become a natural in this new focus.
Jeremiah founded Josco Bay Homes to be the premier provider of quality workmanship in the Florida panhandle. He has successfully worked with clients from concept to completion to create premium masterpieces from Santa Rosa Beach to Seacrest to Panama City, FL. Over the years, Jeremiah:
- Achieved Master Carpenter
- Obtained OSHA certificates for Operational Safety
- Earned Job Supervision and Project Management certifications
- Curated a network of craftsmen and niche specialists
- Has represented the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in teaching Construction Technology in partnership with the Home Builders Institute (HBI)
Jeremiah is currently earning his Florida Certified Building Contractors license while partnering with some of the most well-respected building contractors in the Northwest Florida region. Born and raised along the Emerald Coast, Jeremiah is an avid saltwater angler, outdoors enthusiast, and devoted family man. He and his wife reside in North Walton county near DeFuniak Springs, where he is also active in ministry outreach and volunteer work.
Because of his passion for quality and integrity, Jeremiah is relied upon by his clients to develop and represent their investments. He and his crew at Josco Bay Homes are a uniquely Floridian organization dedicated to developing this wonderful piece of paradise and enhancing its beauty – building better dreams one client at a time.
